The challenge
Create a home décor brand and its online store from scratch, with no budget for photo shoots.
What I did
- Wrote the business plan and selected European suppliers.
- Built the full Shopify catalogue: 202 products, organised into collections.
- Coordinated image naming and delivery with a creative agency, and built the product pages with existing catalogue photos.
- Defined the Google Ads and Meta Ads strategy and run the brand’s social media.
Where it stands
The store is live and the brand is in its awareness phase: the current social media goal is to bring the first qualified visits to the site.
