What I collect

Through the brief on the consultation page: name, email, phone, company, role, website or social media and the information you share about your project. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

What I use it for

Only to reply to your request, prepare the mutual consultation and, where it makes sense, send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you asked for.

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Meetings are booked through Google Calendar. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

How long

Up to 12 months after our last contact if no contract follows. If there is a contract, for the legal period that applies to invoicing.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to goncalomendes10@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
